There is a very strong sewer smell around the Broadview Learning Center building and the Broadview Park. The smell has gotten into the building, but definitely is originating from outside.
Our water pressure has been very low all evening and continues to worsen. We do not see any signs of leaks in our house. However, there has been a construction/digging crew near our house all day. I believe they may be digging for fiber optic cables.
This car has been in the same spot for at least two weeks. I think it has been abandoned on our street.
The south side of West Allen Street has always been no-parking any time, but recently more and more vehicles are parking on the southside and blocking traffic. Our signs that show it's no parking are faded and spaced about three houses apart. I didn't know if the signs need to be updated or we need more signs, or does more enforcement is need to solve this issue before it gets much worse. Thank you for any help you can provide.
West 3rd Street from S Rogers to Patterson is a narrow residential street. Lots of trucks use this street. W 3rd. St. is designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan which means “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. New sign needed. Also it might be effective to have a sign at Jackson and 3rd also. There is a street light out somewhere around this intersection (Dodds and Madison)(I noticed last night but can't remember which side of the street it's on). Honestly a second light in this stretch of Dodds (between Morton and Rogers and maybe even beyond) would be so nice as well, but at least replacing the one that is out would help a ton. Thank you!

On the east side of the B-Line Trail, on the embankment along a stretch of about 100 feet is becoming a health hazard due to the following: trash, abandoned vehicle in adjacent parking lot, human waste. All of this is along the South west side of the Monroe Convention center parking lot that is not being cleaned nor policed in any way. We have observed transients defecating and urinating in the bushes between the parking and the B-Line trail. This appears to be a popular spot for transients because the vegetation and low bushes and branches provide cover. Trash is piling up. Transients have been sleeping for multiple nights just off the SW corner of the Convention Center parking lot. The abandoned vehicle is attracting trash and debris inside and out. Please look into why the Convention Center does not make any effort to clean up their SW parking lot where trash in this area is clearly visible on the B-Line trail.
