Swale behind house not properly draining, never dries out, poses a health hazard. ditch needs to be cleaned out to contain the flow of water and trees need to be trimmed to let the sun dry the area out.
E-W alley between 14th & 15th St. to Washington St., near Groves Square in inaccessible due to weeds and brush.
Citizen is wheelchair bound. Due to Crider's work on N. Adams, she can no longer use the wheelchair to get in and out of her house.
Water runs off going north on Maple Street, goes down driveway and into the garage. A poriton of 16th Street, which is at this point is unimproved, runs behind the property of 212 N. Maple. Dunn, Ferguson, and Schmalz own both properties and do not mind if the water is redirected onto their property behind N. Maple. J. Freeman stated that this address was looked into a couple of years ago and it was decided that an asphalt berm could be installed across the drive at 212 N. Maple.
Lot behind 1405 S. Palmer needs mowed.
400 block of N. Washington (possibly 401 N. Washington) strong foul, rotting odor.
Trass mess, lot's of it.
Residents @ 526 N. Lincoln dumped trash in above dumpster. Two witnesses, residents moved out over the weekend and dumped lots of trash in dumpster and alley.
FLOODING IS BASEMENT SINCE THE STREET/CURB PROJECT (Groomer) ON HUNTER. BASEMENT LEAK WETHER IT IS RAINING OR NOT.
