Retaining wall is beginning to collapse again. Currently, some large, limestone blocks are lying in the middle of and blocking the sidewalk on Lincoln at the NW corner of the property.

1209 West 11th Street This structure is a danger. Several windows are boarded up, the rotten original siding is showing in places, the house is surrounded by debris and the front porch is full of it. If someone is actually living in it, God help them. If someone is, HAND or someone needs to check on the people and the living situation, because they can't possibly be safe and it would be immoral to knowingly allow anyone to live in a house like that.

'Help Wanted' signs are still there on Bloomfield Rd on the grass near the Sun-Mart gas station, at Liberty and Bloomfield Rd, Second and Walker, and in the grass on the hospital corner of Second and Rogers. Does this mean they are all legal?

For the second day in a row I have walked past the Rubicon and Which Wich on E. Kirkwood Ave. to find a bunch of chopsticks littering the sidewalk. I almost slipped on one today.
