BT Access client upset with new scheduling system. Feels half-hour window is too much. Feels BT did not include drivers and/or passengers in process and that "communication was zero". Needs consistency in scheduling her pickups.
Objects to new BT Access scheduling system. Not enough communication with riders. Regular users of system need predictability. BT has not shown compassion or attention to the concerns that they've been given.
Residents (caller believes this is unregistered rental through Sec. 8 program) leave their trash at the back door and up next to the house for two months. Caller said that two cans of trash has been there for two months.
MISSED PICK-UP/TRASH: TRASH BAG IS INSIDE CAN, BUT THE TAG IS ON THE BAG. NO NOTICE LEFT. THANK YOU.

missed pick-up/yard waste: Ken or Dirk: pick-up missed Friday - she called - crew was to come out today - they came, still didn't pick up. She says its in red bins with stickers on them - and she didn't see any notice left.
