There is a line of sight problem at the intersection of 12th St. and N. Walnut St. When turning onto Walnut St., you can't see the oncoming traffic because bushes are overhanging the sidewalk.
GRASS IS 17 INCHES HIGH. (Scott work with Jason on this)
There is a line of sight problem when you are going west on 11th Street and stop at Rogers Street. There is a gunshop sign obstructing the stop sign. Battersby could not see the stop sign due to this other sign and went through the intersection and almost got hit. She would like for someone to call her and let her know what can be done. [Also, the checkered pennants are illegal...-MJR]
SEWER ODOR INSIDE
The septic has failed. Sewage is running downhill to neighbor. New sanitary main is in place now and house needs to connect to it.
this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. When the wondows have broken she has had to board them up. the place is an acctractive nusiance and in unsafe condition. The owner is:Randy McGlothlin 5891 N. State Rd. 48 47408
The water runs down the street onto his driveway and then floods his house.
Mr. Waxler manages the properties at W. 10th Street & Adams Street. He is concerned that the storm sewers are in need of cleaning both in front of and behind the properties, where the storm sewer goes under the railroad.
Monday/other/yard waste: This lady doesn't live at this address, but there are limbs near the curb. She would appreciate if you could pick pick them up. Thank you.
