Garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up my yard and the median area. I have tried placing my bins at different locations to prevent this with no success. My address is 500 South Arbutus Drive. The photo shows the median in the cul-de-sac after garbage and recycling trucks run through it.
On Winslow Road, in the West bound lane, near Winslow Court, there is a distinct hollow echo when vehicles drive over a specific spot. I'm concerned that a void may have appeared over the years.

Under cut sidewalk. Lack of fill and support under the slab.
trash and overgrowth in north/south alley between Coolidge and Ford. Neighborhood concer, potential for fire, etc.
Cans are always on the curb.
I live on the corner of N. Jackson and W. 12th Street. There are deep ruts running down Jackson to the corner. They're on the edge of the road, but need to be filled in. Thanks.
