Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.

There is an excessive amount of trash surrounding my apartment door. We have been asking for it to be cleaned up for multiple days now and no one is doing anything about it. There are now bugs coming from the garbage and getting into our apartment.
