Both our trash binn and our recycling bin were damaged by sanitation workers early Tuesday morning. The hinges are broken on both,and they were found tossed on the sidewalk.

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around. Our recycling has not been picked up after meeting all requirements and have caught the collector opening the recycling looking at it then taking a peice out to make it look like we were overflowing then turns the can sideways so they do not pick it up. We have camera evidence as well.

Trash can set down in middle of driveway, trash can dumped over in middle of road. This happens more often than not.

There was a pretty severe car wreck from a car that left Dunn St and ended up in our back yard. A lot of bulky debris remains that won't fit in our trash can. How do you suggest we get it removed? It's close the storm drain.

It seems like every other week I'm calling about my waste not being picked up! I pay for this service, let me make sure you read it right, I pay to have my waste picked up. I have called this office four times in the past year for this same problem. MY TRASH IS STILL IN THE CAN AND ITS 3:30 PM
