Enormous amount of trash being thrown into a 3-sided concrete containment area, which doesn't have a dumpster in the containment area. Caller stated that 706 N. Dunn is the closest house to all the trash and nobody could miss this mess. This address is actually 501 E. Cottage Grove.

She asked if you can pick up YW on Wed. after she puts stickers on them? thanks I explained that youmay/may not return to pick up yw.
