I rang doorbell then knocked asking to remove opened spilled trash bag. No answer. My dog tried to get into it. Been there for hours. I don’t have money for extra Veterinarian care and my dog is already a patient at Medicaid Vet. I want the neighborhood to look nice for my Son and him to not think that is normal behavior in life.
