Again this has been out since trash ran Tuesday morning. They just picked up the orange bag today & continue to add trash to it. With the storms and wind the debris is worse than normal, but they simply refuse to move the trash can or at least the overflowing bin it in the garage until trash day to reduce the mess & pests getting into it.
There is pothole on eastbound Dodd St just before Morton St.

There are potholes on northbound Rogers St north of First St.
Tenants (over-occupied, BTW) have left bags of trash in yard. Wild animals can dig through them.
Tenants are storing trash/recycling bins alongside the street (11th). They should be keeping them out of sight (garage, backyard, etc.), as per city code.
Water usage has tripled since we moved in. Increase was drastic in the last month. Water usage habits have not changed. Concerned about meter issue or leak.
Is there any plan to pick the trash along N Walnut Street? There's been a lot of trash along the road for a number of months, especially underneath the railroad bridge between 12th and 14th streets, the intersection at the IN-45/46 Bypass, & north of the AAA location.

These cars are in the yard and have been. The truck hasn't moved in years. I keep making complaint after complaint. What do I need to do??
