The woods between RCA park and summit elementary has an old barbed wire fence running through it. It should be removed because this wooded area is often a play destination for school and neighborhood children.

Owners of large aggressive dog at 706 n Washington st are letting dog run off leash in the neighborhood. There are multiple small children in the area and I am concerned for their safety.

In 4th Street Garage, first stair up from 2nd floor (NW corner) is dangerously weakened. Photo shows underside with supporting metal structure fully cracked along middle of one edge.
