Following up with case #193627: at least one of the residents at 801 N. Lincoln is driving west on 11th Street from Lincoln (against the One-Way direction) to get to the parking places. Even though it's only a half-block, they should obey the rules because people walk on that street regularly (there are no sidewalks) and they are not expecting a car to be racing toward them out of the blue from the wrong direction. You can tell he has done it when his parked car is angled toward the NW.

Hello, I have woken up at 4 AM this morning, yesterday morning and the past several Wednesdays due to the trash truck noise. The noise was really loud since the truck was picking up the big dumpster right next to my apartment for almost 5 minutes. I noticed some days the truck comes late morning or afternoon, which is perfectly fine, but when it comes at 4 AM it really messes up my sleep and the following day. I would understand if it happens at a commercial building where no one sleeps in the middle of the night but this dumpster is located right next to the wall of my apartment building. I was wondering if you could help resolve this issue because it will be really stressful if it keeps happening. Thanks, Jinsik Han

The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap
