Whole neighborhood uses Rumpke dumpster so it is always full & overflowing. Bags sitting next to it on ground.
At least 20 bags of trash stacked up & old camper shell. Always 3 or 4 cars there that someone is working on. Does not think house in residential neighborhood should look like this.
