MR. PATE CALLED ON 2/24/97 AND SAID THAT HE JUST NOW DRANK A GLASS OF WATER AND IT HAD BLACK FLECKS IN IT. HE IS NOT SURE HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY BUT IS SURE HE IS "PROBABLY GOING TO DIE FROM DRINKING WATER."
Mr. Costello reports illegal dumping behind the warehouse located 423 S. Washington St. He reported that the dumpster is locked, but that someone has dumped 10 bags of trash on top of the dumpster. Mr. Costello thinks that the dumpster will be emptied again on Wednesday.
GROUND SINKING IN BACK YARD.
Trash and litter all over the back yard at 3501 Windcrest including old furniture, washer, dryer, mowers, broken windows. Ms. Crewell noted that the inspector would need to go into her back yard in order to see the mess next door.
