Multiple potholes in this stretch of Lincoln, ranging from the size of a tea plate to a dinner plate. Bikers in the bike lane have to enter the car lane to avoid them. The road is also covered in gravel and debris from construction on a nearby apartment.

It is extremely hard to see incoming traffic on this street. There is a stop sign for drivers on Lincoln but not for drivers on 2nd street. As you wait in Lincoln for clearance, both tree branches on your left and parked cars on your right make it difficult to see incoming traffic.

If you can see the screenshot, you will see three images, one of a tree dedication plaque with a tree misidentified as an Ohio Buckeye. I would like to report one of my roommates for animal neglect. She has two cats (one of whom seems to have lung issues as she sporadically excessively coughs), and she keeps both of them in a small bedroom 24/7. She also consistently (almost daily) smokes in the room with the door closed, leaving a fragrant stench in the surrounding hallway and area. The cats often meow at the door and put their paws under. She is not hitting them or not feeding them (though I have had to feed them in the past due to her being gone for days and then having none — she also uses only one small food bowl for both cats). I live at 520 W Hoosier Court Ave. The roommate's name is Aydryan Vanderbur (spelling of last name may be slightly off). I am unsure if you guys can do anything about this or if there is a better way to go about it, but it is heartbreaking to live with. We do not get along due to this issue, so I do not let them out when she isn't home due to not wanting to exacerbate our living situation. She also is consistently gone from the home, and she does not keep her blinds for the 1 window in the room open. I feel very sad and concerned for the cats and am really hoping to get them cared for in some way. She will be moving out of 520 by July 31, 2025.

re: ticket 202706 you should very much allow this area to remain unmown. it makes the trail very pleasant to walk down and provides valuable habitat for butterflies and lightning bugs amongst other things. turning this into a barren, empty, mown field is just silly.

For the last 25 YEARS I have complained to the city how the owner will not cut back weeds that have grown into trees or her other 8-15 feet weeds all around the property and the city has done nothing to make her keep the yard up . Now for the last 10 years she has had Bamboo that is overtaking her yard and starting to creep into my yard. I have tried to speak with her about doing something about her yard and she does nothing.The Bamboo she has is now illigal in Bloomington.
