Hello, I reported water coming into our yard before.(uReport Case #177856) Your answer was that it was probably coming from neighbor's pool. That pool is to the southwest and they do indeed drain it into the yard, but it is not the source of water coming from uphill, close to properties on Clover on the northwest side of the yard. The water comes from somewhere close to 400 Clover Lane. As the property line and utility easement are wooded and covered with vegetation it is difficult to tell where the water originates, but it is clearly outside of our yard. The northwest corner of our yard has been inundated with water for the past several weeks. There is standing water as well as super-saturated ground. The water appears to originate from the utility strip between properties toward Clover. This does not appear to be related to rain or storm events. The water drains to the south, but the amount present doesn't lessen. This makes us think there is a leak in either a water main or a storm drain or another source. The saturation leads to worries about the mature trees along the property line coming over. The ground is boggy and one cannot walk or mow in this area. Your attention to this will be appreciated.

This property is a disaster.Neighbors realize the city is limited as to what it can enforce but these residents are allowing invasive weeds to grow all along the street which must be a violation of some code. On the rare occasion they do mow, they allow lawn clippings to pile up in the street and leave them there to blow away or go down the storm drain. Look in the drain, please. Their weeds need to be eradicated for the sake of all surrounding neighbors. I believe they have been repeatedly warned about not mowing. When they do mow, it is ONLY the area at the curb which we all assume is your only jurisdiction; however, their backyard is so over-grown it can't help but be a breeding ground for vermin. Seriously, please help the Blue Ridge neighborhood with all you can. It gets worse every year. Pics were taken but won't load.

Trash piled up by the street (SE corner of property by the large, red maple. Wild animals can dig through it. Tenants are habitually leaving trash out on the property.

Retaining wall is collapsing on NW corner of property. Sidewalk has been blocked for weeks, preventing wheelchair traffic and posing a dangerous situation, as it is hard to see in the dark and is unavoidable.

Heavy, metal sign support with three sandbags has been sitting on the sidewalk for weeks. It blocks wheelchairs and is hazardous at night. Please ask whatever department that left it there to remove it. Thank you.

Is there anyway the city can paint parking lines on 100 W. 8th street? Before the paved this road, there were lines and since they paved this I believe last year, the city has neglected to doing this causing vehicles at times to take up two spaces. This has been mainly an issue at night. Please look into this. Also, the blue curb for the handicap space is extremely faded and really needs to be repainted.
