MR. PATE CALLED ON 2/24/97 AND SAID THAT HE JUST NOW DRANK A GLASS OF WATER AND IT HAD BLACK FLECKS IN IT. HE IS NOT SURE HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY BUT IS SURE HE IS "PROBABLY GOING TO DIE FROM DRINKING WATER."
Mr. Costello reports illegal dumping behind the warehouse located 423 S. Washington St. He reported that the dumpster is locked, but that someone has dumped 10 bags of trash on top of the dumpster. Mr. Costello thinks that the dumpster will be emptied again on Wednesday.
GROUND SINKING IN BACK YARD.
##RM##### Says recycle has been missed before. Men just went by this morning-- no note.
Garage/shed type structure with roof falling in, has two large metal doors. One of the metal doors is coming off the hinges and Ms. Worley is concerned that the wind will blow the door off and into the street possibly hurting someone. She also noted that the owner does not live there.
