requesting snow plow for the alley that runs east/west between Rogers & Madison St please. the alley is between 1405 & 1409 S Rogers embankment from Rogers Street plowing has fully blocked the west entrance to the alley thank you!

I would appreciate it if the snowplow could clear Prospect Hill and put down some de-freezing salt, as I hesitate to dig out my car and try to drive with the amount of snow on the road. I'm in the 300 block of South Fairview Street. Many thanks!
