Trash bins are blocking the sidewalks for this person in a wheelchair. I saw them try to move the trash bins, but they were instead forced into the roadway. With all of the talk about scooters and ADA accessibility, where is everyone in the discussion for all ADA access? Can you please work to make ADA access better with regards to trash collection?
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. I live on 20th street and there is no way for me to get home. north dunn and south walnut are blocked off for literally no reason and your officers are yelling at pedestrians and drivers when they have no explanation for why roads are blocked off or flashlights/wavers for cars to know when to go. this is ridiculous and inexcusable. it took me 45 minutes in a car and then 15 minutes on foot just to go to my own home. I am furious and beyond frustrated with what just happened and you need to get your shit together so this doesnt happen again.

618 E. Atwater The roof has to be on the verge of collapse. If someone were to enter this structure, who knows what could happen to them. Beyond the fact that it is blight right in the middle of one of the most important parts of the city, the property and the structure is a danger to anyone near it. Please do something about this. It has been sitting like this entirely too long.
Garbage on the ground around recycling and trash cans in back alley
I own and live in a property at 118 N. Jackson St. The alley that runs directly by our home (runs parallel between Kirkwood and 6th Street) has become extremely overgrown in the last two years. It's often a dumping ground for clothes, junk and drugs (yes, I have photos of various people hiding items in the brush for others to retrieve). Heretofore, my girlfriend and I are the only people picking things up when clothes and junk are dumped in the alley. I would love a city clean up of brush, limbs, overgrowth and trash and feel like a better looking alley would not lend itself to discarded items so often. I've included one photo from my kitchen window of one (of several) instances in which a seemingly homeless man was hiding/exchanging items in the brush for (what i assume must be) other individuals to find. I of course realize this alley is never going to get a garden award but do believe shaping it up and removing much of the brush would help this situation greatly.
Would it be possible to have some kind of guardrail installed on the edge of the road where the drainage creek crosses under the road in Crestmont Park - hopefully before winter? Since the road is already two narrow for two cars (which is a whole separate issue,) it would be helpful to have a safety measure in place to stop a car from driving or sliding off into the creek.
