My neighbor's sewage line has been overflowing and freezing in the alleyway between our homes. Now that the temperature is warming up, it has begun to smell. They have done nothing about this issue, even when I brought it up to them.
People went through the light at Walnut and 4th St this morning. The light stayed green for only a few seconds. Not many vehicles can get through before it turns red.

Our water pressure has been slightly less for about a week or so, is this normal? or is it a local issue? The water functions ok, but seems to be only about 3/4 the usual water pressure.

Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.
Sidewalk on 7th near Lincoln, next to a parking lot, is completely blocked by a pile of snow.
Accessibility issue. Snow was clearly deliberately plowed into the accessible parking space.
