PARK MOTORHOME AND OTHERS OVER THE SIDEWALK CONTINUOUSLY. THE PARK IN FRONT OF HER HOME AND ON CUTTER & LEAVE VEH PARKED FOR WEEKS. UNDERSTANDS THERE ARE COVENANTS/RESTRICTIONS REGARDING PARKING THERE. THERE IS NO H.O. ASSN TO ENFORCE..DOES CITY ENFORCE THESE? THIS MAY BE A MULTI-DEPT COMPLAINT. PLEASE CALL HER.

HER RENTAL PROPERTY IS 219 E 18TH AND RECENTLY FOUND A DEAD RAT AFTER THE LARGE RAINS. SHE HAS HIRED RAT EXTERMINATOR TO COME ONCE A MONTH AND IS TAKING STEPS TO ENSURE TENANTS GARBAGE IS SECURE.
