A utility cover is missing next to the convention center, leaving a small uncovered hole.
The drain is completely clogged with plants and dirt- not good when it rains for risk of flooding
Smell of sewage ( second week) further north than a uReport submitted 3 weeks ago. 39.13346° N, 86.53576° W
Requesting a street cleaning of the foot print of the 4th St Festival of the Arts and Crafts. This includes the area of East 4th street between Indiana Ave and Lincoln St and the crossroads Dunn St and Grant St between Kirkwood Ave and 3rd St. Thank you for your consideration.
Rocking manhole cover. Whenever the manhole cover at the intersection of Fess and Atwater is passed over by a car, it makes a clinking noise because the manhole cover is not sitting flat. This is very loud and disruptive, particularly late at night and early in the morning for the nearby residents. It only started after the road was recently repaved. Please properly set the manhole cover so that it doesn't make as much noise when passed over.
Submitted on behalf of Casey Guarino. On August 8, 2024, around 12:30 PM, both sides of S. Rogers St. were obstructed and impassible for wheelchair users around 714 S. Rogers. One sidewalk had no curb cut access due to construction. The other sidewalk, at 715 S. Rogers, was blocked by a temporary sign. Casey requested that a construction worker in the area move the temporary sign so that she could pass. The worker refused, saying "People who can walk can get around." When a passerby picked up the sign, the worker said "You can't do that." The passerby briefly moved the sign regardless, and Casey was able to reach her destination. However, both sidewalks remain obstructed, which is a major accessibility problem.
Sewerage smell- each week at 39.13163° N, 86.53594° W on Bloomington Rail Trail
Dry grate with inches of water around it. At least part of this grate is above grade so there is 2-3 inches of standing water after every rain. The sidewalk and yard get soaked by passing cars and there is usually standing water in the intersection that never drains, just eventually evaporates
Gravel and glass debris throughout street from storm. Especially bad around start and end of Davisson street.
