Hi there, I am living at 311 E. 10th street and to the east of the house, is a public alley road for cars to drive back to the parking lots behind the houses in that vicinity. Over the past few months, we have seen increase sizes of the existing potholes that were there probably from last winter or just erosion over time. This alley way is a gravel drive so as cars continue to drive on it, the potholes get bigger and deeper. I was seeing if there is a possibility before the winter to get the holes filled in with asphalt or gravel to prevent our sedans from bottoming out and scraping the ground with our cars. I know that this alley road is a popular road for the tenants that live within a few houses of the alley because it is one of the main access points to the parking lot in the back of the houses. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to even see if it is possible to accomplish before the first snow fall this year. Dear Street Department, I recently moved into an apartment located in lower Bloomington on Willow Court. The stop sign at the intersection looks horribly worn and I worry that it might become a hazard. I realize it's not a high priority since Willow Court is small and has little traffic. However, there are children in the area and I worry for their safety so I thought I would at least give it a shot reaching out to you guy. Walking home Thursday night, I turned my ankle in this hole. In the dark, it's invisible. This whole block is in bad shape (west side of road).

I reported this last fall and was advised a contract and materials were on order to correct the situation. The guard rail at the intersection of S. Henderson and Winslow is badly damaged. I was concerned last year and still am that it may become a hazard during snowy, icy and slick roads.

S. Walnut left turn arrow onto East Grimes continues to turn green every cycle even when there are no cars present which delays all northbound traffic for 15 seconds every cycle. This has been reported several times. What's the fix?

A street sign is down at the north east corner of 1st and Fess. The sign ws face down, but looked to be a parking sign. I observed this about one hour ago (2pm on Oct. 20, 2017).
