I moved into 340 S Grant St on August 20th and we have only had recycling come once which was 3 weeks ago. I have also noticed that the other residents on grant street have not had their recycle bins emptied for three weeks as well. I have looked at the scheduled days that recycling is supposed to come during the week and we have put out our bin on those respective days, but our recycling has yet to be completed.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Hello during recycle pick up today i witnessed the people look at our can, that was completely shut and not overflowing, and take a piece out to make it look like it was and not pick it up. This is unacceptable as they took everyone else’s as well that was overflowing even though ours was not. They have done this in the past as well and I have put in requests for then as well. Thanks

Our trash cart was not fully emptied at pickup yesterday -- there is still a bag of trash in the cart (it is not jammed or otherwise stuck, it can move easily). This means our cart is already half full at the beginning of the week.
