If you are going to close a street down, I would recommend cleaning the sidewalks off and locking trash cans so people will not di through them and throw trash on the ground.

Another (perhaps stolen) bicycle and other personal effects have been dropped off and picked up the following day. This just on 9/17/22. This strip of overgrowth is still accruing trash. What can be done about this? If nothing can be done, will you at least provide a reason?

Which means obviously y'all don't give one shit about any neighborhood that isn't next to IU or on the eastside, aka the places you let shoot their load all over you because money and classism. You obviously don't give one shit about disabled or elderly as this has been a hazard for over--remember? 2 YEARS. Not like someone can just walk across the street to use the other sidewalk across Kinser because there isn't one derp. So maybe try a bit harder. Just a bit. Homeless have created several camping areas on the creek bed betw bypass 46 and cascades park. this creek is the sewage line. garbage includes tents, vacuum cleaners, ottomans, clothes, camping gear, toiletries, various other goods and products.
