Is there a reason why Michael Stewart is not responding to all the blocked sidewalk complaints? I’ve reported a few months back and I’m getting no response. Look at all the blocked sidewalk complaints and most are all open with. I comments. If he is unable to do this, can someone else take it over? Unacceptable.

A campaign sign is in front of the CVS parking lot. I don't think this is allowed

Loud continuous beeping sound from Catalent construction area 24/7 for several days ( including weekend). Loud enough, so that I can hear it in my home with all windows closed.

Hello,
This is a follow-up report in reference to report #183277 which I made a few days ago, about the beeping sound coming from the Catalent/Allen & Patterson area. Thanks so much for your quick reply to me last time. I wanted to give you some more info I've found out since: someone raised the possibility to me that it might be a malfunctioning sewer lift station pump, but I called the utility dept. and they came to check it out and said there wasn't one nearby, so that possibility is out. Lots of people (who haven't heard it themselves but have heard me describe that it's a beeping sound) have said it's probably just trucks backing up from Catalent/the construction site, but I really don't think that's the case: for one thing, it's one constant and ceaseless beep that only began in the last couple weeks, not intermittent or overlapping beeps like you'd hear if it was trucks. For another, I heard it all through last night during the tornado warning and very high winds--I can't imagine anyone was messing with trucks during that time. It's been ceaseless for the last 24 hours or more--I really think it must be something automated. It also sounds more north than Catalent itself--I'm thinking the construction site might be the more likely culprit. Hope this info helps to track it down. Thanks again!

I’d like to report what seems like a noise ordinance violation (apologies if this is the wrong place, I couldn’t find a fitting category). Over the last week I’ve noticed a very loud beeping that seems to be emanating from the Catalent area or maybe the construction site beside it—I know noise is notoriously difficult to triangulate so I could be wrong about this part. It sounds similar to a truck backing up—evenly spaced beeps about a second or two apart—and runs seemingly all hours, though not every day. I hear it today, 3/29, and it was happening yesterday and for several days earlier in the week and over last weekend. It’s quite loud here on the westernmost block of Dixie and makes it hard to sleep or do things outside. I’m often up in the early hours of the day, between 1-4am, because I have a baby, so I’m certain it’s running way later than is acceptable for a loud noise. I will send another report if I gain any clarity about the source of the noise. Thank you!

The streetlight at 4th and Lincoln is burned out. When I get to work in the morning it’s very dark at that corner and doesn’t feel safe walking in from the back parking lot to the church

Is the railroad allowed to violate City Code and maintain barbed wire on the tops of security fences within the city limits?

You should employ the street sweeper downtown more often. there is trash and cigarette butts and it's unsightly

Feb 15 - I would like to uderstand what happened to my alley and stone wall. The alley that I maintain and mow since 2005 now has a load of greavel dumped on it - without any notification or reason. This makes it unsightly, less usable for walking and unmowable. Portions of the stone retaining wall along N Fairview Street have also been destroyed. Neighbors reported seeing a City truck knocking the wall down and then trying to jam it back in place with a backhoe. But the results of how it was left can be seen in the attached photo. Both of these will be costly to repair. Do you know who was responsible for this?
