I put at least $3.50 in the meter, which is $1.00/hr. The coins did not register properly. I only received 2 hours of parking. The meter is #6THE504A--second or third space east of Dunn on 6th St. I don't care so much about the extra money, but I do care that the situation is fixed.

Put money in meter and it did not respond by adding more time. It's only $0.50, but I thought you'd want to know this one might be faulty.
On 4th Street slightly West of Dunn on the North side of the Street a meter is broken. Put two quarters in and nothing happened.
Vehicle has been parked partially in front of our mailbox for over 2 weeks. Range Rover has not moved. Hard for us to get out of driveway with a truck. Also, car has a flat tire. It is the neighbors who has room in front of their house and on driveway.
This is day three of the yellow house on Lincoln street between 2nd and University has been parking cars along the alley. I cant leave the parking spot behind my house because of this issue.

As a rep of the HOA I spoke with owner at 3873 Laurel regarding the truck and trailer parked in the street and the complaints I have received. I suggested that he park the vehicle elsewhere so as not to block the street. He indicated in was OK with the city, he pays assoc. fees, etc. I believe this is likely in violation of 15.32.060.
