Comments come from citizen's leaf collection survey response. Storm drains at Ramble Rd W and Rusgan are "a real problem". They are always clogging up and don't work as they should. Need more regular maintenance, one is completely buried. Wants to talk to someone about this and point out the problems.

CUSTOMER SAYS THAT TWO WEEK AGO, CBU HAD A MAIN BREAK AND HIS DRIVEWAY WAS TORN UP. HE SAID THAT WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD BE BACK NEXT DAY AND HAVE NOT BEEN BACK.
