Rehab house at 210 Southern Dr. has not been responsible for putting out the trash for pick up and the trash is piling up. Caller stated that the house is owned by Brady & Lisa Houston.
Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.
