Mr. Szatkowski called. There has been a sewer odor since a new sewer line was installed approx. 1 year ago. Today the smell is unbearable. Mr. Szatkowski just got his wife home from the hospital. He is very upset and wants someone to call him back immediately.

Resident stated that the trash cans are left out at the curb all of the time and there have been several times that the trash has not been stickered. Resident stated that the cans being left on the sidewalk make it difficult to walk on the sidewalk.
