Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down, which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom. She stated that a bush located near a cable box on or near her property died after an Insight crew was working recently on the box. She would like the bush replaced.
