Violation of city code. This property is absolutely maxed out on % of impermeable surface, and yet they have another paving project. There are already flooding problems
during heavy rains at this location, in the streets and surrounding properties. Please enforce this. The city and neighborhood cannot handle the amount of runoff from this property as it is. This needs to be enforced.

Unrestrained & aggressive dog (similar in size & color to a Rhodesian Ridgeback) chases people who walk by the house. Observed a young person screaming and running away from the dog for almost a block. Owners scream/curse at the dog, hit the dog, but do not properly restrain it.

Some asphalt on the cul-de-sac has been gradually eroding due to repeated heavy large vehicle traffic over the years (mostly trash and recycling trucks, but also Amazon, UPS, etc). This patch has been growing over the past six or seven years, and will only extend further into the street as time goes by. Photo is attached (bucket is for size reference). Thanks!

Pulling out of Madison street onto Dodds is incredibly dangerous and hard to see. On the Northwest corner there is a limestone wall with plants that you can't see around without pulling out on to Dodds which is super dangerous since it's a skinny road. I don't think they need to fix the limestone wall or anything but putting a convex safety mirror across dodds on the electrical pole would solve this problem pretty easily. Thanks!
