We were asked to follow up on previous report, employees walking across Miller-Showers have low lighting, low visibility near crosswalk. They are opting to drive instead of walk from Walnut. Would like to see improved street lighting in this area, and reflectors on crosswalk paint.
Over grown weeds in yard. Can’t see if anyone is walking on the sidewalk if entering walker street. Been that way for years. For the pedestrian safety the weeds need taken down

Signage plastered on house rental
W. Kirkwood and Rogers St intersection. The stop lights are malfunctioning. The turn signals for east and west bound traffic are triggered although there are no cars in the turn lanes.
Maybe already reported. Pothole forming on south edge of 10th/Grant intersection.
Dilapidated house, looks like it is going to cave in on itself. Homeless people living in the house, needles on the property, wild bamboo growing on the property in addition to other excessive overgrowth. Needs to be checked out and taken care of immediately.
