This house has had numerous sofas piled in the driveway for over a week and other pieces of furniture in the driveway throughout the winter. It appears they are trying to sell the furniture online on Facebook after sitting outside in all types of weather.
I saw a single person in a black suv making an off-road track of some kind on Tuesday afternoon. Neighbors adjacent the park had wondered about the truck tracks in the grass, and I witnessed what has been happening. The guy left the parking space on W. 16th heading west and turned onto the grass parallel to the creek. Then he slowly drove up the hill, slipping and sliding in the mud back to the single parking spot. He repeated the same route, as if he were trying to make a 4-wheeler track. Very strange. I was staring at him from my garden at the corner. When he saw me stare, he left the parking spot and headed away toward Tri-North. I thought the park maintenance staff might want to know. Also, the little footbridge crossing the ditch was handy, but it was removed during creek/culvert repair.---Sharon Roualet, Crescent Bend Neighborhood Association Crestmont Park is busier than ever and needs attention.

Now, the residents of this camp are driving cars to their encampments along the b-line, blocking the trails, and making enormous ruts in the trail and grass along the side of the trail. Furthermore, I am a large white, male. I was concerned for my safety (ON THE B-LINE) as three (obvious methamphetamine enthusiasts) came out of the woods while I was passing by. Their behavior was not normal, and being three of them would scare most people from using this important public space - including myself.

The last street light that is on the corner of S. Madison and W. 3rd St. in-front of Madison Apartments is flashing during the day and especially at night. It is very bright and shines directly into my window when I am sleeping. It has become a nuisance.
