They’ve consistently been going back to not taking the trash cans back and leaving them open and overflowing on top of that now with the third dumpster that they have out here it is overflowing and blowing trash and debris, and who knows what else all over the place. We pick it up, just to come right back out and it’s be all over the place again.

The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done.
