On the south side of Winslow, between Walnut Pike and the Mexican restaurant there are tree limbs blocking the use of the sidewalk. The evergreen trees are the worst of the problem. I have to crouch down very low to avoid hitting my head on the branches.

Three of the short streetlights downtown were flashing rapidly this evening: southeast corner of Kirkwood and College, in front of O'Child on Kirkwood, and second light south of Kirkwood on west side of Walnut.
