This huge tree branch has been blocking the sidewalk since a storm in mid October. It was reported not long after the storm, but the branch is STILL blocking the sidewalk causing pedestrians to walk in the street.

On High Street this morning, near the intersection with Atwater. A handicapped person in a motorized scooter could not pass by. Shame on the person who placed the scooters like this.
