Weeds need cut in the vacated alley West of 916 S. Morton St. The weeds are growing out of a wall at 319 W. Dodds St.---1st alley West of Morton St. Several years ago, B & L Roofing put several large/huge rocks in the alley which makes mowing the weeds/grass impossible. Ms. Burch also said that the drainage problem South of Dodds St. has not been taken care of. Please call Ms. Burch if above locations are unclear.
Citizen says trash has been laying by the alley (between Lincoln and Grant) at this location since last year. Recently, yard waste has been added to the pile. Current tenants say it is not their trash, therefore not their problem. Citizen says landlord has not been cooperative.
MS. STEELE COMPLAINED THAT SHE THOUGHT OUR METER READER HAD TRAMPLED THROUGH HER FLOWER BED WHEN WE READ THE METER.

When sewer line was being installed, her property line was taken out, ground bulldozed, fence cut/damaged, and dog houses turned over. She wants Crider & Crider to replace fence. She has called C & C, CBU, Engineering, and Risk. SEE JANE FLEIG and/or JENNIFER LLOYD FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
Could you please check out 616 South Walnut. A residence between Ted's Auto and a furniture store on the west side of the street. Over grown lawn -- looks bad on an entry way to downtown.
The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. Please see attached letter.
