MS. SPANKS STATED THAT HER RECYCLING WAS IN PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS AND THE THE CREW TOOK THE RECYCLING BUT THAT THEY TIED THE PLASTIC BAGS TO A TREE IN HER FRONT YARD.

Trash on side yard, septic backing up, the person living there (Wayne Worrell) is making it a terrible situation. His neighbor is the one who made the complaint because he's trying to sell his house.
Rec'd. a call from Mayor's Office. An anonymous caller stated to them that she was driving behind a yellow vehicle (611) when a piece of wood fell off. The driver did not stop to pick up wood - continued driving. Caller felt this was careless and wants to be sure all materials in back of trucks are tied down or secured in the future.
NO STICKER
Dumpster at 923 S. Rogers is over filled with trash and their have been large rats spotted nearby. Caller claims to be a member of McDoel Gardens neighborhood association and has also left a voice message for Robin Moll.
Received anon call about tree limbs piled on yard,needs to be cleaned up
