Overgrown weeds and grass around the playground

I live near the entrance to the Switchyard Park. It is where I walk almost daily. I have noticed that the beautiful flower beds are full of weeds, some as tall or taller than the flowers. The last two years there were crews weeding and clearing on a regular basis but I haven't seen them this year. It seems a shame to have planted the beautiful flowers only to have weeds take over the beds. Thank you for receiving this information. I'd appreciate knowing if the flower beds will be tended to.

The B-Line Trail north of 2nd Street is starting to get pretty rough. The pavement is buckling up and breaking apart. There are a lot of bumps and rough road that is dangerous for users of the trail.

The street light is out in the alley behind 705 S park Ave. The alley is accessible via University St. and 1st St. I am unsure whether the light is privately owned or a city-maintained light.

This house has had extremely loud music playing in the backyard all day long. You can hear it throughout the whole neighborhood.

With the hot weather recently we've been taking our small children to the switchyard park playground earlier in the morning to beat the heat. It's really baffling as to why the restrooms here don't open until 10:00 AM. There are a lot of families on the playground before then that would really appreciate restroom access for small children.
