Street Lights

There is a series of about eight decorative street lights (green metal, antique style) in the ROW that stretch from 411 N. Lincoln to 523 N. Lincoln along the west side of the street. They are similar to ones down near the Grant Street Inn. Several of them have been broken off near the base and all but one of them (the one in front of 411) are burned out. If they are not being used, maybe they should be removed because it's a pain to mow around them.

Not sure if this is a City light or not because it's not at a main intersection, but it looks like one. Whatever the case, it's burned out. It's the one on the SW corner of the intersection of the west alley (there are two alleys in this block) and Cottage Grove.

North Dunn between Cottage Grove and 12th Street has no sidewalk at all on the west side of the street and several places on the east side that also do not have a sidewalk. This forces people to walk in the middle of the street. Lately, there have been times in the evening when there are *many* people walking (stumbling) down the street, all probably en route to/from "The Standard". These are people who cross the railroad tracks through the vandalize security fence there. If the City is not going to prevent people from crossing the railroad in the dark and over rocks and difficult terrain by putting up some sort of impermeable wall at 13th/Dunn, at least they could provide a functional sidewalk for intoxicated students to walk on. To make things worse, the street lamp at 11th/Dunn is burned out so on top of having to walk in the middle of the street it is also almost pitch black there. And this is all complicated by the fact that so many people at night drive the wrong way down Dunn and 11th Street, both of which are one-way streets.

Hello, I was just checking UReport and see that someone has closed our request for clean up after the storm in July. My husband called and told them that our debris would be on the alley side because there was no space on our street. He was assured that it would be picked up, but it's still there and the ticket (screenshot attached) is called 'resolved'. It's not resolved.

Made complaint about 2501s. Bryan Street, when the address is 2501/2503 s. Camden, owned by Gary Wampler. Excessive trash. Arguments/ screaming on daily basis. Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.

Side walk is uneven. I fell just walking on the sidewalk because of the sidewalk . I learned my son and 2 roommates tripped earlier. I reported it to an employee and he said he has tripped but it’s a city issue. I am 60 years old and feel fortunate I was able to quickly put my hands down so I did not land on my face. This is a big injury waiting to happen

The staff forgot to report his legal parked on the public street vehicle been hit by Mrs. Cookman. Our district representative said the same thing, park on the public street will slow down the traffic while she pushed hard to spend more tax money to rebuild new humps or cushions. Why she just parked her own vehicle on the public street to make a good example to slow down the traffic instead? Slow down the traffic does not mean to prevent the accident. Be careful what you report, you are representing the city.
