Yard overgrown. Junk trees and weeds in the backyard. Gutters on house clogged
I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Thanks Sharon Yarber
The pavement is rough in the right turn lane from West Allen St onto South Larkspur Lane. I reported this on 5/6/2021 (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=175697). The ticket was closed because “Crews were in your area 5-10-21.” However, there were no repairs done, so I’m reporting it again.
Lawn has not been maintained this year and is quite high.
The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.
There is a vacant lot south of the home at 2504 S. Madison which has grass growing OVER 3 FEET TALL(which is 4 times longer than the city limit of 8 inches). Not sure who owns the lot but they clearly haven't done any maintenance this season, or for quite some time longer than that.
Haven't mowed grass yet.
There are trees in between my property and the property behind my yard that have overgrown and now are touching power lines. We can hear zapping sounds coming from a partially dead pine tree. The tree have also uprooted a portion of my fence, in the back of the yard. This is happening on the back end of the property, by the alleyway.
