A rental property across the alley from my house has 2 cars parked in a space for 1 car. One car crashed into my house and fled the scene. She continues to park there at 317 N. Fairview in the backyard.
On the sidewalk at 212 W 4th St, north side of street, there is a pile of orange plastic barriers that are left over from the street replacing project that was completed in late 2024. The pile is blocking half of the sidewalk. Please remove. Thank you! Charles Russo
Black dog "Dexter" frequently loose in neighbor's yards. Newer dog (very small breed/puppy?) named... butter? left outside for 4+ hours at a time and barks constantly while left outside. Please, these folks need to contain their animals and provide better care for them
From Kirkwood to 11th st
I went to retrieve my car at the 4th street parking garage last night after attending an event at the Waldron. When I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor I was approached by some disheveled guy who started cussing at me in an aggressive manner. I just turned away and went to my car. He kept cussing and got on the elevator.

Citation #25204400447 issued 2/7/2025 to my vehicle a silver Subaru Forrester for $30.00 indicates that I did not pay to park. I have enclosed my receipt that I, in fact, DID pay $3.50 for up to 9:14 pm and I also have my receipt from Discover card showing payment to Park Mobile starting at 6:14pm for $3.50 but wasn't able to include more than 1 photo. I have other photos of proof, 1 with details that I had paid from 6:14-9:14 but we left around 7:30. Another one sent at 8:59 pm from Park Mobile that my session was about to expire. At that time we were already home. We are elderly and obviously handicapped, please take care of this issue. Contact me at 812-345-5677 if you need further proof that I paid to park. Turn signals trigger although there are no cars in the turn lane. We really going on three years? Yep! A new traffic commission you don't say? Same old hacks doing a poor job. Keep telling yourself the intersection is going to be upgraded, but we all know you just suck at your job. Fix the lights!
