Don Porter has advised her that this is due to compliance with the State Ordinance and that Transit had requested easier clearance when turning right off of Walnut onto Sixth. ( see letter)

Water runs off going north on Maple Street, goes down driveway and into the garage. A poriton of 16th Street, which is at this point is unimproved, runs behind the property of 212 N. Maple. Dunn, Ferguson, and Schmalz own both properties and do not mind if the water is redirected onto their property behind N. Maple. J. Freeman stated that this address was looked into a couple of years ago and it was decided that an asphalt berm could be installed across the drive at 212 N. Maple.
