ROAD CONSTRUCTION-UTILITIES DEPARTMENT SOUTH ROGERS STREET FROM THE RAILROAD TRACKS TO ROCKPORT ROAD. THERE ARE SEVERAL POTHOLES IN THE ROAD AND THERE IS A DANGEROUS DRIVING SITUATION BECAUSE DRIVERS ARE DRIVING IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE GOING SOUTH TO AVOID THE POTHOLES. WHY CAN THEY NOT PUT A TEMPORARY PATCH ON ROAD SINCE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING IN THIS AREA FOR THE PAST TWO TO THREE WEEKS. I RECEIVED SEVERAL COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE IN AREA REGARDING THIS PROJECT. Mr Fritz claims that there is a suspicious house on North Walnut across from Ryan's barber shop. He says that there are problems with trash in the yard/porch but also "suspicious looking young people" keep going in and out while he's sitting in the barber chair.
