Sounds like those people prefer library than the city shelter. Why?
Sidewalk not cleared around 301 E rd St, North side of the street just E of Turkuez Cafe. It appears to be directly in front of an empty business. Very treacherous walking.
Recycling bin has been sitting on the sidewalk for weeks.
Dumpster still overflowing. Now tenants are putting trash alongside it. This is getting ridiculous do you not have any authority to get this rectified?
I went to the county library down town, to my surprise to see so many people use it for winter protection. It’s nice to give them somewhere warm and be able to sleep, but it totally lose the purpose of a library. Luckily I took a mask at the entrance, the whole place is so unhealthy.
Thank you for clearing the path within Reverend Butler Park and most of the sidewalks around the park quickly after the snowfall earlier this month. Please finish the job by clearing the snow from the sidewalk on Fairview Street in the northeast corner of the park, from where the park path meets the Fairview sidewalk north to 10th Street. Snow and ice still covered this portion of the sidewalk as of this morning, January 17, more than ten days after the end of the snowfall. Please note Bloomington Municipal Code section 6.07.010(a) "It shall be the duty of every owner of any premises abutting a sidewalk in all parts of the city to remove, or cause to be removed, all snow and ice from the sidewalk to allow safe and reasonable travel on said sidewalk within twenty-four hours after snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate."
Snow not shoveled still around this house
Snow still packed on sidewalks
From 527 N Park Ave through 525 N Fess Ave, there is a large section of the public sidewalk on 10th Street that has not been cleared of snow or ice.
