There is quite a bit of trash discarded along the side of the road on Rogers Street between Green and Lois Lane. Could a corrections crew come out and clean this up? It is so unsightly and could draw rats.

A car has been parked on the street in front of our house for almost a month. The owner our house it is connected to has multiple other vehicles in their driveway that may or may not be registered properly.
