My vehicle was damaged by a water main burst around 2 am this morning and I'm not sure who i need to make a damage claim to. My windshield was broken as well as multiple scratches to the paint. When they finished putting in the speed bumps on Allen they forgot to take down the temporary no left turn sign they put up in the Hilltop Court apartment complex near the entrance.

On Larkspur Lane, right before the stop sign at the corner of Larkspur Lane and Allen Street, there is a no-right-turn sign. That sign is left over from the construction of the speed humps on Allen. I believe it needs to be removed now. Thanks!
