Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.

Kilroy’s has placed a sandwich sign and tables on the sidewalk in front of the bar, narrowing the path. The tables are folded up and maybe are being used as barriers, not for dining, but they are blocking the path. Thanks.

Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. Hello, I am one of the owners of Scout’s Honor Pet Retreat located at 511 W 11th Street. Over the last few days we have noticed a growing camp of unhoused persons in the trees on the southwest corner of Rogers and 11th, right next to our facility. We have had employees approached being asked for rides and have noticed a lot of trash being left around. We are asking that this encampment be looked into for the safety of our customers and employees, the health of our business, and the cleanliness of the area.

I picked city performance to hopefully get this issue resolved. I reported this sidewalk blocked on 07/06/2021 Ureport # 176470. This thing that’s blocking the sidewalk is still there blocking the sidewalk as it shows in the picture. As many people walk downtown, I find it disappointing that this hasn’t been resolved.
